Hot Water Heating  Air Cooling System Wall Mounted Fan Coil 

1. Wall mounted fan coil brief introduction
Fan coil unit is the terminal of central air conditioning system.It consists of cross-flow fan with plastic sealed motor and copper tube heat exchanger. The high wall fan coil unit can be wall mounted with installation steel plate, and suitable for those places that required delicate decoration. Fan coil units are widely used in hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, exhibition hall, shopping malls, office rooms and other industrial and civil construction of the combined air-conditioning system to meet the cooling, heating and other requirements.
2. Wall mounted fan coil unit main components
(1) Fan 
Fans are plastic tangential fans with an impeller with wing-shaped fins. All fans are statically and dynamically balanced.
(2) Motor
Plastic sealed gingle-phase motors are suitable for different voltages, such as 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V. All motors have 10 percent voltage utilization range and wired to unit terminal box. Motors are designed for long life.
(3) Condensate pan
Any condensate occurring is collected in the condensate pan and conducted out of the device via a condensate tube.
(4) Heat exchanger
Coils are standard design together with rows. High efficient hydrophilic aluminum fins are mechanically bonded to seamless copper tubes. All coils are specifically designed and circuited for water use. All coils are tested at 3.3MPa.
(5) Housing
Fan coil in ABS with high mechanical characteristics and resistance to ageing.
(6) Filter and return air grille
Easily accessible filter is washable.
(7) Remote controller and display
Comfortable and intuitive, with a minimal and ergonomic design. Display is integrated in the cover cabinet, it shows the set-up of the unit: room temperature, fan speed and running mode.



3. Wall mounted fan coil features
(1)Coil: heat exchange coil in copper tube and aluminium fins with hydrophilic treatment for an easy and quick condensation drainage.
(2)Air bleed valve: easy to access, it will drain directly into the condensation collecting tray.
(3)Cross-flow fan: Designed to reach high capacities at low motor revolutions, the cross-flow fan guarantees reduced noise level and excellent performance.
(4)Remote control: comfortable and intuitive, with a minimal and ergonomic design.
(5)Automatic regulation: flaps can be automatically regulated using the remote control, for an easy and complete control of the air flow.
(6)Integrated display: integrated in the cover cabinet it shows the set-up of the unit: room temperature, fan speed and running mode.

(1)  Cooling: Inlet air temperature DB 27ºC,WB 19.5ºC; Chilled water inlet/outlet temp. 7ºC/12ºC.
(2)  Heating: Inlet air temperature DB 20°C, heating water inlet/outlet temperature  60°C/50ºC.
