Application & Features:
The first stage is SHJ twin screw extruder without die. Though the combination of barrel and screw, the extruder can exert its strong ability to make the thermo sensibility material like PVC melting,compounding, dispersing and decentralizing under the condition of no back pressure.
The second stage is SJ single screw extrude.Because of the lower rotating speed, it can complete melting, compounding length ways and forming strands steadily, avoiding over heating.

Introduction

    MKW series two-stage compounding extruder consisted of two parts. The first part is co-rotation screw extruder, the second part is single screw extruder.

    The two-stage compounding extruder is so favored by its good production quality, higher output and lower energy consumption. It is particularly applicable to produce the heat-sensitive material PVC, POM, XLPE, etc.
