This machine is suitable for regeneration and granulation of waste plastics,as PE,PP,PETetc. It is equipped with quick motor-operated filter-screen replacing unit and automatic temperature control. The granulating crusher uses adjustable speed motor,pelleting with an extruding machine at the same discharging speed synchronistically.The unit is easy to operate,with a high output,steady performance, and favorable economic benefit.
1. Screw and barrel: made of 38 CrMoAl, inlet mouth is coverd special alloy (screw dia.120,long dia.ratio 28:1 )
2. Gear box: ZLYJ225 made of top quality special alloy
3. Motor: 45 kw-4p General motor
4. Control box: digital meter
5. Heat loop: stainless steel and copper
6. Water tank: water cooling 2500 mm

A3: Those are mainly used in making plastic bags and labels in the maket. Examples of stand up pouch, zipper pouch, plastic bag for dialy necessities and food, plastic label for drink bottle, Foil yogurt cup, Medical pouch, laminated film or soft carboard, etc.

A4: For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery.
